Welcome to the CK Mensah Foundation Scholarship Application.

This scholarship program is dedicated to empowering students by providing tuition assistance, learning resources, and mentorship opportunities. It is open to undergraduate students in Level 100 and Level 200 at accredited universities in Ghana.

Please read the requirements carefully before you begin. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

📌 Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, applicants must:

  1. Be a Level 100 or Level 200 undergraduate student at an accredited Ghanaian university.
  2. For Level 100 applicants – Must have passed WASSCE with a strong academic record and gained admission into university.
  3. For Level 200 applicants – Must have at least a Second Class (Upper or Lower Division) in current academic standing.
  4. Demonstrate financial need.
  5. Be a Ghanaian citizen or legal resident.
  6. Show evidence of community engagement (service, leadership, or extracurricular activity).
  7. Submit a personal statement (500–700 words).
  8. Provide a recommendation letter from a teacher, lecturer, mentor, or community leader.
  9. Submit a valid national ID card (Ghana Card, Passport, or Voter’s ID).

  • University Admission Letter (Level 100 applicants only)
  • Official Transcript (Level 200 applicants only)
  • Proof of Financial Need (e.g., income statement, affidavit, or sponsorship letter)
  • Personal Statement (500–700 words)
  • Recommendation Letter
  • Valid National ID (Ghana Card, Passport, or Voter’s ID)
